Turns out ... I probably have a stress fracture. Won't know until after we go to the doctor. But as we have a show coming up, if I go to the doc, and I do have a fracture, he will tell me to not dance. So I have to suck it up for a couple weeks. Fingers crossed it doesn't get worse.

I would get it checked out before you let it go too long. I did ballet for 13 years. (The last 5 en pointe.) Don't think that a stress fracture is something you can let go. It can get really bad if you do that. If it turns out that it is not a bad stress fracture you can stretch it and work it while in a brace (which isn't as harmful as many say). It is better to have it braced and stable than not and end up doing more damage.
